How GLWS deals work

GLWS (Good Luck With Sale) is deal-record infrastructure operated by FinDech UAB. It keeps terms, a shareable link or QR code, payment context, evidence, handover, and a receipt in one room. It does not hold deal funds and is not an escrow provider.

1. Create a deal room

Describe what is being sold, paid for, booked, or handed over. Set the amount and currency. You can start without an account; GLWS emails a private management link. Signed-in sellers keep the deal in Dashboard.

2. Choose how the deal should close

Quick is for a simple record after payment context is captured. Evidence adds agreed files or confirmations before close. Handover adds a transaction-specific code for pickup, delivery, or transfer. Protected Deal is not available.

3. Share a use-limited link or QR code

Send the deal room, a payment page, or a public check link. Cap how many transactions the offer can start, or set an expiry. A use limit stops new GLWS transactions from that offer. It does not stop someone copying the URL or paying outside GLWS.

4. Record payment, evidence, and handover

Buyers should open the live GLWS deal, not a screenshot. Public check hides private details. Uploaded files are user-supplied evidence unless a labelled system check actually tests a fact. A handover code records that the GLWS handover step was confirmed, not that title passed.

5. Close with an electronic receipt

When the workflow is complete, GLWS stores a receipt as a transaction record. Existing deals and receipts remain available after an offer expires or a plan limit is reached.

Rules for Quick, Evidence, and Handover are in the Deal Rules. Product questions go to Support.
