Pricing FAQ
- Do buyers need a paid plan?
- No. Buyers use GLWS for free to open, check, pay, add required evidence, confirm receipt, complete handover, and access a receipt.
- What happens when I reach the monthly transaction limit?
- Existing deals stay fully usable and completable. New billable transactions cannot be started until you upgrade or the next usage period begins. Receipts remain available.
- Are Stripe or PayPal processing fees included?
- No. GLWS service fees are separate from payment-provider processing fees. We do not estimate provider fees as guaranteed amounts.
- Is Business self-service?
- Yes. Business is €49.00 / month or €39.00 / month billed annually. Platform is sales-assisted from €199.00 / month.
