FAQ

Short, clear answers about how GLWS deals work.

What is GLWS?
GLWS (Good Luck With Sale) is a service operated by FinDech UAB. It is universal deal infrastructure for online and offline sales: a deal room, use-limited links or QR codes, evidence, handover workflows, and an electronic transaction record.
Is GLWS a payment processor?
No. GLWS organizes the deal record. It does not hold deal funds and is not an escrow provider. Online payment, if offered, is provided by a connected partner under that partner’s terms.
Can I use GLWS offline?
Yes. Show a QR code or share a short code in person. Handover codes record completion of the GLWS handover workflow for pickup, delivery, or transfer. They do not independently certify physical condition or legal title.
Do I need a Protected Deal?
No. Most deals are Quick, Evidence, or Handover records without a payment partner. Protected Deal is only available when a payment partner is connected and the seller has a verified account. It is partner-powered protected payment, not GLWS escrow.
What is a use-limited payment link?
It is a GLWS link or QR code you can cap — for example one transaction, an exact count, or an expiry. Once used or expired, GLWS will not create a new transaction from that offer. That does not guarantee the URL was never copied, and it does not prevent independent payments outside GLWS.
What evidence can I add?
Photos, identifiers, documents, tracking, payment proof for external payments, and buyer acceptance. Uploaded files are user-supplied evidence unless a labelled system check actually tests a specific fact. GLWS does not verify ownership, authenticity, or payment merely because a file was uploaded.
What is a handover code?
A short code used in the GLWS handover workflow. When the participating party confirms it, GLWS records that the handover step was completed. It does not independently prove that an item changed hands or that title passed.
Are protected payments available everywhere?
No. They depend on jurisdiction, eligibility, and partner availability. No live payment partner is connected until one is configured. GLWS does not hold funds and is not an escrow provider.
Can marketplaces use GLWS by API?
Business is a self-service plan with API and webhook access. Platform terms are sales-assisted. See /pricing or contact info@glws.com.
